for the purposes of this group, GREEK AND ROMAN pantheons will be used interchangably. greek deities might refer to themselves by their roman names, or remember certain times differently, but the prevailing mythology will be the greek interpretation.

every 300 years a pantheon of 10-12 deities reincarnate on earth in the bodies of mortals. they live hard for 5 years before dying and starting the cycle anew. several deities have come through in multiple recurrences, while some are much rarer.

the mythological world is vast and varied, and full of creatures, deities and beings far beyond just the simple pantheons. below are some notable cases and if you have further questions about what might be accepted, please hit up the dropbox

valkyries shield maidens of the norse pantheon, viking warrior ladies on flying horseback, led by the deity freya. spirits of the dead, and punishers of the wicked, these fierce women put norse men to shame, and led true champions to the place of ultimate victory - valhalla. the named valkyries, brunhild, göll, gunnr, hild, hrist, gudrun, kara, mist, róta, and skogul are available to be used, if summoned by a norse deity. unlike all other reincarnations, valkyrie are only able to be reincarnated in the body of a woman.
the muses the 9 sisters in charge of arts and sciences, inspiring poets, musicians, writers, and now graphic designers in this new modern world. only THREE muses can ever be reawakened during any recurrence, and they must be summoned by a greek deity.
norns / the fates three sisters who control the tides of fate, found in both greek and norse mythology. clotho, lachesis and atropos in greek mythology and urd, verdandi and skuld in norse mythology, only ONE fate/norn can ever be reawakened at a time, and it heavily depends on which pantheon calls upon them first.
titans the offspring and grandchildren of gaia and uranus who began the greek pantheon, rulers over the gods themselves. there can only ever be two titans reawakened during any recurrence, and often none is awakened at all, too deep is their ancient slumber.
demons / angels if lucifer (satan) or gabriel have been reawakened they will be able to summon one named angel or demon to work alongside them for the 5 years of the recurrence.

other creatures mythological creatures created by deities in past lives, medusa, minotaur, pegasus, etc are not available to be used. throughout the years their reasons to be reincarnated have dwindled into nothing.

there have only ever been two deities who have reawakened over the years based on biblical lore, and they have been the demon prince lucifer or satan as he is known, and the archangel gabriel. they have only rarely been reincarnated at the same time, and they clash as hard as any other deity pair. the omnipotent god has never taken a mortal form, and will never.

lucifer is much more commonly reincarnated than gabriel, and it has been said the constant cycle of reincarnation is somehow his fault, though there is no evidence to support that claim.

lucifer and gabriel are able to help reawaken one of their fellows to aide them during their time on earth each recurrence they are awakened for.
